GUS & GAS was founded by two friends — Gustave and Gaspard — who believed Lyon deserved a sandwich shop that didn't compromise. We source our bread daily from Boulangerie Pelletier, our charcuterie from small producers in the Rhône valley, and our vegetables fresh from the Marché de la Croix-Rousse.
